To clarify, this implies that the buyer is precluded from returning the purchased product. The rationale behind this restriction is that the transaction does not fall under the category of a distance purchase, as outlined in Article 6:230g of the Dutch Civil Code, nor does it qualify as a consumer purchase as defined in Article 7:5 paragraph 1 sub a of the Dutch Civil Code.

However, it is imperative to take note of the specific conditions that must be met for the resale to be considered:

1. Completeness, Originality, and Integrity:
The product must be in its entirety, maintaining its original condition and remaining undamaged.

2. Preservation of 3H Tag:
The 3H tag, originally attached to the product, should still be in place, ensuring its authenticity.

3. Intact Original Shoe Box:
The product, along with its accompanying original shoe box, must be undamaged and unaltered.

4. Unworn Condition:
The product should not have been worn, preserving its pristine condition for the subsequent buyer.
