Article 5 – Right of withdrawal excluded, returns not possible
If a customer purchases shoes from a private seller via 3H, the right of withdrawal does not apply. In concrete terms, this means that the buyer cannot return the product. This is because this does not concern a distance purchase (within the meaning of Article 6:230g of the Dutch Civil Code), nor a consumer purchase (within the meaning of Article 7:5 paragraph 1 sub a of the Dutch Civil Code).
What should you do?
From now on you can resell your sneakers through our website. Send an email to hello@weare3h.com stating that you want to sell your product.
Please note that the product must meet our conditions:
The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged;
The 3H tag is still attached to the product;
The product is in the original, undamaged shoe box;
The product has not been worn.
